Missing You: A Loss & Grief Retreat for Body, Mind, & Spirit

May 16-18, 2025

When someone in our life dies, our world can turn upside down.

Grief impacts our bodies, our minds, and our spirits - especially when the person who has died is a part of our lives.

Sometimes we find ourselves surrounded by people who don’t understand, who are trying to be helpful (but aren’t), or with too much noise to be still and process the immensity of the loss of the person we are grieving.

In this weekend retreat, you will be guided on a spiritual unfolding as you explore various ways to express and process your love and grief, body, mind, and spirit. You will have opportunities for personal reflection, group discussion, creative expression, time in nature, and heart-centered connections. All activities and discussions will be facilitated in a compassionate and inclusive space where you will be invited to participate in the ways that are most meaningful to you – whether that be through talking, listening, silence – or whatever feels right for you in the moment. Together we will create space for remembrance to be welcomed in all ways.
