At Menucha, we encourage and support purposeful work in this sacred space so that those who come here will return to their own communities rejuvenated and better able to serve their fellow human beings. Menucha serves about 200 groups annually (averaging 4300 guests eating 22,200+ meals). We serve primarily adult retreats, workshops, family reunions, seminars and conferences of nonprofit organizations. We also offer many of our own programs in music, art, and faith.
Our Commitment to Belonging and Inclusion
Menucha is a place where people—and the communities they care about—can come as they are.
Those who come through our gates carry more than just their own stories. They may be showing up on behalf of a group, a community, a tradition, or a family. They may be leading, supporting, healing, or seeking rest. Whoever they are and whomever they represent, they are welcome here.
We honor the richness that comes with diverse cultures, identities, beliefs, and experiences. We don’t ask anyone to leave part of themselves at the door. Instead, we create space for wholeness— space for people to connect, reflect, and build something meaningful together.
At Menucha, inclusion isn’t an initiative. It’s a way of being—a deep commitment to creating a place of safety, respect, and belonging.
